Recorded a Conference Call? Play it back with your playback number

Each FreeConferenceCall account now archives your recorded conference calls. When you make a recording, we assign a reference number to it. Your callers use that reference number when listening to that recording when calling the playback number.

To have callers listen to your recorded conference calls using the playback number (provided upon registration and My Account tab), provide them the following information:

  • Playback Number for the country your caller(s) will be dialing into
  • Participant Access Code
  • Reference Number for the recording you would like them to listen to (provided on the Call Detail Report after each call or the recordings page in your online account)

Callers then dial the playback number, when prompted they enter the access code and then the system will ask for the reference number.

Did you know you can set Recordings to Private?

We have also added a security feature allowing hosts to make recordings private. From the recordings tab (via your online account) check the box in the Private column for each recording you wish to make private and create a numeric password. If you set a recording to private and you would like your callers to listen to that recording, make sure to provide them with the password.

Did You Know? 24/7 Online Account Access

FreeConferenceCall International accounts come with additional features that can be accessed online at anytime. These FREE features can help you get the most out of you free conference calls.

  • Account Information - Conveniently change your account information in one location including:  name, email, password, and time zone. You can also add additional email addresses that will receive call detail reports

  • Invitations - Use our invitation feature to notify your participants of a conference call. Simply fill in the date, time and email addresses of participants and we’ll provide the call details

Annual Mary Kay Leadership Conference

Last week, the FreeConferenceCall marketing and sales team exhibited at the Annual Mary Kay Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.  The trade show was a success with hundreds of directors stopping by our booth to learn more about our services and features, ask questions and share with us how they benefit from using our products.

At the show we introduced our new online meeting service, called FreeScreenSharing.com, international conferencing and mobile applications for existing services.  These services keep the Mary Kay directors, consultants and customers connected all over the country as well as the world. How to Record your International Conference Calls

Using the * (star) 9  touch tone command to record your International Conference Call is easy to do and allows others who couldn’t join the scheduled call to access it at another time.

Instructions on How to Use *9

  • Step 1 Dial into your FreeConferenceCall International conference number and input the host access code.
  • Step 2 Press *9 at anytime during the call and the automated system will play, “this conference call is now being recorded” to all callers on the line.
  • Step 3 To stop and save the recording at the completion of the call, press the *9 touch tone command once again.

After the call has been recorded, the host can access it through any of the following ways:

  1. Playback number
  2. Podcast/RSS feed
  3. MP3/WAV Download
  4. Listen online

Did you know we offer different playback numbers for each country in you account?

Callers can access the recording by dialing into any of the playback numbers offered by our international service. If you’re located in the US, had a conference call with someone from France and Germany but your partner in Switzerland couldn’t join the call, simply provide your partner with the Swiss playback number for easy access. Login to your account to see a complete list of dial-in and playback numbers available.

Looking Ahead to the New Year: 2012 is Calling

We are always finding ways to improve our services and offer high quality communication tools to our customers and 2012 is no different. In the coming year we are planning on releasing new services, adding new features to our existing products, and creating additional mobile and tablet apps for our customers that are always on the go. Ring in the New Year with Friends and Family Far and Near

The New Year is upon us! As we get ready to set new resolutions and plans for 2012, we wanted to reflect back on our 2011 milestones. Not only did we celebrate our 10 year anniversary as a company but we also introduced new features and services to our existing product line.

And the Winner is…

During the month of October, we were excited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary! We invited our customers to call into our 10 Year Hotline to share the most creative ways that they have utilized our services. We would like to thank each and every one of you for participating in our celebration!

After reviewing over 400 messages to the hotline, we have selected our iPad winner. Congratulations to Ashvin Barot of the Quality Inn Pavilion from Virginia Beach, Virginia!  Mr. Barot utilizes our services in a variety of ways for his business, community and personal needs.  The most creative way that he has used our conferencing service was for a friends marriage proposal so all of their loved ones could listen in as it happened, as well as, a New Year’s Celebration, where friends and family called in to wish each other a Happy New Year.

  2. How do you use SimpleVoiceBox for your business? Several different ways. First, I record an outgoing hotline message 6 days a week with 5 other colleagues – this is for training, inspiration, daily focus & challenges. I also hold conference calls, record, and download the recording playback to post onto my website.
